I can't run ads. So how does a website bring in customers?

Most gun shops already have people asking about transfers, classes, and hard-to-find stock. Your site gives those people a clear next step and lets them opt in for updates. When new inventory comes in or a class opens up, you can follow up with the people who asked. That gives you a way to stay in touch without buying ads.

How long will this take, and how much will you need from me?

A typical build takes about 1–2 weeks. I’ll need your shop details, photos, hours, and class information to get started. We’ll do one review before it goes live. I keep that part focused, and I can handle the ongoing updates and follow-up if you want me to.

What will this cost?

I don’t use one flat price for every shop. The quote depends on what you already have, what you want the site to handle, and whether you want ongoing help. We can talk through that on a quick call, and I’ll give you an exact quote for your shop.

What about compliance with the text and email follow-up?

The list is opt-in, and every text includes clear STOP-to-cancel instructions. People choose to hear from you before they’re added. I’ll build the follow-up around your shop’s process, without spam or surprise messages. You’re still responsible for your own compliance rules, and I won’t present the site as legal advice.

Do you understand the way California gun shops have to operate?

Yes. I build around the details your customers actually run into: the 10-day wait, DOJ checks, the roster, FFL transfers, and ammo eligibility. I’m not a compliance officer, so I won’t give legal advice. I’ll make sure the site reflects your process and doesn’t promise something your shop can’t deliver.

Can you integrate with our existing FFL/POS software?

Yes. We can work with your existing systems and evaluate available APIs, integrations, and data feeds before recommending an approach. The goal is to reduce duplicate data entry while keeping your existing FFL and POS workflows intact.

How do you handle customer data and ensure compliance with firearms regulations?

We prioritize compliance and security by adhering to strict data handling protocols. Privacy is important and I can build custom private local AI systems where everthing stays in house. All systems are designed to comply with federal and state firearms laws, including ATF requirements. We implement secure data storage, restricted access controls, and audit trails to protect sensitive customer information. Personal data is encrypted and handled in accordance with California's CCPA and other relevant privacy regulations. We ensure all transfer data is securely transmitted and stored in compliance with legal requirements.
